The service went well. They were professional and timely. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
Everything turned out well for the most part. The technician arrived on time and did the tune up as prescribed in the deal. He also found a problem with the unit and offered to fix it, but his price was too high. I actually found another company to make the repairs for nearly 250 dollars fewer than what he quoted.
The technician they sent was great. He explained what he was doing, answered all of our questions. The AC unit is very old and was quite dirty, he showed us how to clean the outside with a hose, which we appreciated. The furnace is also old and we will be calling them again this fall to do an inspection and tune-up of our furnace. <br />

It went great. I feel cooler. I don't think they went above and beyond but I think they did a good job. They fulfilled what they needed to and it was reasonably priced.
