I engaged the company to perform tune-ups on 2 furnaces, one of which had recently started wheezing. Technician Kyle was very professional; he diagnosed and isolated the wheezing source AND determined likely root cause; attempted to find a necessary, proprietary replacement part (more on this below); and reoriented the input and output vents to minimize likelihood of recurrence.
