Service went great! <br /> First of all, Greg arrived exactly when he promised. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and had the part with him to repair one of my air conditioners. <br /> I have two small children and felt very comfortable with him in my home. I received a quote and assessment from a different company first and had a gut feeling that this first company was not being honest but over charging for unneccessary repairs. I called this company out as a second opinion and not only did they get me in the very next day (I contacted them after business hours the night before) on probably the busiest service week of the summer due to the extreme heat but were able to repair my unit on site. Left voice mail for a service callfor my AC unit on 7/2/12. Received prompt return call andwas schedule for an AM appointment on 7/3/12. Upon inspection, was informed that unit need a replacement part which would need to be fabricated. Replacement part was installed that afternoon. All in all, a top notch company, always prompt service and best prices around. <br />
