We were treated very well during our experience with ROLLX. We had a problem with having our van ready in a timely manner. This problem was taken care of by being offered a newer van at a better deal than the original van that we were looking at obtaining. Our salesperson (Peter) and the Company president really stepped up and made the deal right for us.
I had a great experience working with the people at Rollx. From the moment I first talked to one of their salesman until the moment I received the van at my house I felt they were going out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The salesman answered all of my questions and emails promptly and the technician spent more than an hour with us to explain everything about the van. All my experiences with paperwork and delivery has been perfect. Rollx knows what I need and want with no hassle. The vehicles have been put together with care with no troubles. The delivery person gets right to work and is off in no time and I am ready to go. The ramp works so well in all different situations so getting in and get going is a charm. Thank you Vernon Johnson

Everyone I had contact with at Rollx was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable, Steve, Mary, Pam and Brian satisfied all our needs an concerns.
This is a great place, the shop is something to see. Rollx goes the extra mile to test the vans and work with manufacturers to keep factory warranty. I only had 2 small issues, wanting to put a trailer hitch on and the factory hitch is the only one that fits, would of been nice to know before making my appointment. Side door was not closing, found the trim is loose and needs to be hit back into place couple times a week. Otherwise it has been a great place to do business with.
The arms are too flimsy. I've had them fall down on me, when I am trying to get into the seat. I wish the seat was leather. When I slide over, my pants want to fall off. The drink cup holder should go on the front of the arm. It is too unstable on the side.
