Purchased a RollX conversion of a Pacifica with less than a 1,000 miles. The batteries had to be replaced so it was easier to remove the air cleaner box to get the batteries out. The air cleaner box was forced into position so hard that RollX had broken the mount and jury rigged the broken mounting tab by putting numerous washers and a rubber gasket to keep the air cleaner box secure. Under the air cleaner box is the lift plates that they use to get clearance on the front end. The plate was not painted and rusting to the... read more

The van referenced in this review was stolen in New Jersey and is a salvaged title vehicle that was not purchased from Rollx Vans. Our Service Department assisted and sent parts to help with the issues on the vehicle.
Rollx a Gruesome Nightmare! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. First handicapped accessible van I ever purchased. I did not know exactly what to look for in regards to wheel chair roominess and specifications. I explained to salesman Steve Strain that my sister was wheel chair bound, but very independent. She would need to be able to lock herself in upon entering the van. He suggested the Q-Straint, for which he quoted me $1300 used or $1800 new. I purchased it new. This is the problem. Technician should hav... read more

Annie, We are sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience and we will be in touch to see how we can help resolve the issues.
Very awful when it comes to handicap van trade-ins they will only offer you what the van itself is worth. They will not give you any credit for the Adaptive Conversion that they themselves will charge you $20,000 or more for when buying a new or used handicap van from them.

They delivered what I ordered. I only wish I could have had more than one chance to locate the QStraint locking system.
Although would could only afford a used van we were treated as if it was a new van .
The only thing I have to say > $
The scheduling person messed up and gave me the wrong date. I lost a days activity waiting for the van. It actually arrived on the original schedule date. The delivery person was unfamiliar with the front license plates for the front and consequently drill through my front cowling on the vehicle he put two holes in it that I fully expect Rollx to repair and paint when I’m over there to get my tiedown for my wheelchair installed.
The vehicle was shipped without all the features I ordered so delivery was delayed over a week while the right parts were shipped and installed. This was the hand controls for the wheelchair vehicle. The paperwork for me to register the vehicle in CA wasn't sent to me until 3 days before the temporary registration expired. When I did go to register it at DMV I was told I needed a smog certificate because it was from out of state. I'm sure you must have known this as this is not the first vehicle you've sold in CA and it wou... read more
I received a 2017 Honda van that I was not able to use, couldn't transfer to the passenger seat or use the tri-peg spinner to drive it. And I am still dealing with other issues with this van since I received it three weeks ago.
