I've relied on Roman Floors for carpet in 2 homes now. I was always satisfied. I just had wood flooring installed by Roman and the results were beyond my expectations. It's just amazing. The entire team made sure we were happy from sales to installation. We'll be back in the Spring for last room.

Roman Floors has really exceeded my expectations. I was shopping around on google Monday reading reviews and seeking local business for installation of carpet. I made an inquiry online next day they called Al came to my home . On time , honest, affordable and even looked at other areas in my home I was looking for upgrades. Roman Floors and Remodeling did not install our vinyl sheet flooring according to Mohawk's manufacturer's instructions. Failure to do so has resulted in a finished product that looks shoddy and woefully unprofessional. The new vinyl sheet prominently telegraphs the pattern of the vinyl over which it was laid because the installers failed to use the prescribed FF75 flooring finish; and the seams that join the cuts are embarrassingly conspicuous because the installers failed to overlap the seam edges while making sure patter... read more
Marian, LIED to my husband and I 3 times regarding a refund. I called her 3 times, she said she would call me back and never did! They are horrible. Her husband was rude to my husband. They pulled up our carpets, scratching the floors horribly and didn't come back after they set up the padding which was horrible! I can add pictures later but I needed to get this out now in case someone was considering them. DO NOT GO TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FINISH THE JOB! My husband who had been a customer for years encourage me to purchase carpet from this location. When the installers arrive they begin to complain about the movement of furniture in two bedrooms which was discussed with the sales person. The installers wanted to walk out. Or threaten to walk out. I was convinced to pay an additional $60. After the completion, the carpet was not seemed together properly. After three weeks there is still no resolution
This company is the worst ever...please be smart and do your research prior to hiring Roman Flooring & Remodeling. They started demo in my home on August 23, 2020 as of Thanksgiving they still had not completed what was a simple job for any professional construction/Remodeling company. Contracted to do 5 wall openings, total kitchen renovation, sand and refinish hardwood floors. They are BIG LIARS!. Promise you contractors are coming and know that they have no one to do the job. I wouldn’t buy floor Matt’s from this company let alone carpet there very unprofessional say there coming to install never show up won’t answer the phone when you call them or text there installers are hacks I can’t believe a company that acts like Roman floors does is even in business never again.
