I had a ring made here several years ago and go back periodically to get my ring cleaned and stones checked. I picked up my clean and shiny ring today. Wow!! What a difference! I had a great experience with Roman Jewelers. The employees are all VERY friendly and inviting compared to other Jewelry establishments. (I walked out of 4 different jewelry stores either due to the attitude, or the quality they were trying to sell me, as I was very specific in what I wanted) Angela spent days showing me different diamonds and also taking time to explain answers to all of my questions. I recently shopped at Roman jewelers, Dana was the one who help me. She was friendly, personable and knowledgeable as well as extremely professional. She made the process a lot easier than I thought it would be as well as exciting! Overall great experience. I went to Roman Jewelers to have a couple of watch batteries changed in two of my watches. I was greeted by Angela who was very welcoming and helpful. After she wrote my repairs up she offered to clean my rings! I gladly let her and they came back so sparkling clean! I recommended Roman Jewelers and Angela to friend of mine who needed a gift for a niece, they were also pleased with their experience and the pendant they purchased. I recommend them highly.
