This refinance was a nightmare. The Appraisal had to be revised 4 or 5 times to get it correct. From applying to closing was roughly 55 days!! Taking this long made us miss out on a deal on a Dock that cost us $23K. The slowness almost cost us the contract we had on lake land. Since we put pressure on getting things done we luckily made our deadline on the day of the deadline. Then after all the problems not having someone at closing to make sure things went smoothly was very unprofessional!!!
