Andrew made an extra trip to my family’s benefit on more than one occasion. He was patient when I was running late, and he was patient with my children who brought a lot of energy to house tours. Andrew was friendly and extremely helpful every step of the process while buying my first home. He coached me in negotiating my first offer and provided me with regular updates. He brought a personal touch to the process and presented me with a doormat that had my family name at closing.
