I had to replace my roof, gutters and leaf guards after storm damage, ******* helped walk me through the whole process. He explained every step as well as helped me to understand the insurance quote and paperwork. ******* always made himself available and was just a phone call or text away when I had any questions. Had my roof, gutters and fence replace with Rooftop Solutions DFW. July 3rd 2024. Guys were great especially *******. He walked us thru the entire process and was very helpful getting our insurance company (who werent wanting to do as much as the Rooftop guys had estimated) in line estimate/cost wise. Telling my neighbors about Rooftop Solutions.
We had our roof replaced with Rooftop Solutions DFW in August 2024. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend. Specifically, we worked with **** *******, who took the time to come inspect our roof a couple times in the past couple years. After a recent hailstorm, he found significant damage. We submitted an insurance claim, and the first on-sight adjuster arrived when only I was there (due to scheduling). After about 5 minutes on the roof, he said we had a fine roof.
