Ross and the team at Root Mortgage were amazing to work with. They were informative, prompt, thorough, and communicative from the beginning to the end of the process. Ross gave great advice, was never pushy, and worked hard to answer our multiple (and likely annoying!) questions. If this is your first buying experience or multiple, they will do a great job. I will definitely turn to them in the future should we ever refi or buy again.
