Ross covered all of the available loans to let use know pro's and con's of each, answered questions we had, and broke down the process required from start to finish. On top of that, he was readily available during odd hours and even while on vacation. I would use Ross again and recommend him to others. Otherwise, I wouldn't write this review!

RecommendedThey did my original mortgage. So, when I decided to refinance I contacted them. The first thing they did was make sure the refinance was financially a good idea. When it was all I needed to do was provide update financials and they did all the work. They kept me informed of progress even when I wasn't expecting an update.

He knew I was in the middle of a divorce, and there’d be some extra steps or hoops to jump through for a loan to be approved, and he supported me through the entire process.
