I felt like the communication was consistent and specific. It was also helpful specifically to someone doing this for the first time. Rory also communicates in a way that is encouraging and helpful, not abrupt, discouraging, and almost threatening. Sounds weird to say that, but that was the experience I had with my bank literally just a month before. And they were my bank! I have accounts with them! I would 100% recommend Rory to a friend if they were considering the same thing.
