Since all of us are dealing with the COVID-19 issues, I think any minor issues were resolved fairly well and in relatively quick order. We did receive a couple of duplicate requests for items, but Rozario always sorted things out very professionally. I enjoyed working with the whole team.
I know all loan processes are not the same. This was my fifth loan I have had in 25 years. This was by far the best experience I have had. The loan team should teach others in what to do.
