Pizza was cold and a complete mess. $40 for this. I did not ask for contact-less delivery but nobody notified me. It was left on my front porch. I will never order from them again.

Got Rosati's "Deluxe" (aka "Garbage") Pizza tonight. It was excellent--juicy, perfectly cooked thin crust, ready for pickup exactly on time. Medium size was just right for two. Small store, clean. Good service.

Absolutely fabulous, my family and I have been searching for a real good pizza place for a long time and we finally found it in Rosati's. The Italian beef reminds me of home, as a Chicago native I find it hard to find this sandwich made properly especially when they say Chicago style! This place does it right, fabulous customer service too!

The quality of this place has plummeted over the past several months. I won't be going back. Chicago pizza is excellent. This place is awful. The ingredients are sparse. Note: Chicago pizza doesn't have "toppings;" it has "ingredients." You shouldn't be able to see sauce when you look at a Chicago thin crust. The cheese should be heavy and go all the way to the edge. Our first time. Pizza was delicious - no doubt about it, but order pickup was a bad experience. I ordered at 4:15 on Friday 7/16, and was told 25-30 minutes. 3 other folks came in for pick up about the same time I did - around 4:45. We were all told about ten more minutes for our orders. No one got their order in ten minutes or without having to go back to the counter and ask for status.
