ordered a couple pizzas on a friday night, i always pay cash but did not have enough on me at the time so i used a new credit card over the phone, by sunday the card number was used 7 more times, approx $300+ before i shut it off, went to the store on monday because im 100% sure the info was stolen at the store, explained to the long haired goofy manager that i was 100% sure it was stolen from his store, he said the phone girls works tonight and then he looked at me and said "what do you want me to do?" lol he was annoyed ... read more

5/9/19, 9:00 pm. At Power Road, Gilbert Store I'm so mad about the way my husband was treated when he went to pick up our pizza order. The pizza was sitting waiting to be picked up but no one paid any attention to him while sitting and waiting.when he asked if the two pizza's sitting there were His, the person said" oh yes." Then the staff laughed at him because he couldn't understand what they were saying to him because he has some hearing problems. When he said he didn't think it was funny, they laughed all the more. First of all, through their website, online ordering did not work. Their prices are very expensive for what you actually get. For $2.50 a topping, where was it? I could count on one hand how many meatballs we actually got. The jumbo wings tasted good but Jumbo? Just your average size that every other restaurant carries, 7 pieces to be exact. An order of fries too for $2.75, at least my child was happy. Won't ever be returning.

We have been ordering from here the past couple of years. The food is always hit and miss. They have messed up our orders many times and when we call in we always speak to a manager and they state they will put a credit to our account. Last night I called in because we were supposed to have a $6 credit to apply towards our next order because they messed up our order last week. Spoke to a manager and assured me the credit would be applied when I placed my online order. Again, no credit was applied. They have no customer servi... read more

I was so looking forward to a stuffed pizza from a Chicago based pizza restaurants. What I received was a pizza with an inch of dough with cheese and sauce on top. So dissappointing.
