Would give it negative stars if possible. We ordered 2 pizzas and a Salad for $80. Our 13yr old nephew was eating some of the combination pizza and happened to look at it closely and pulled out a large hard piece of plastic from under his cheese which appeared to be from some container. I called and let them know and they offered to remake the pizza. Literally stole money. Very deceitful. Ordered food today, 5.25.24, directly from Rosatis. It was NOT through a third party site. I didn't have cash on me to tip the delivery driver, so I asked, verbatim, "I don't have cash, would you add a tip for the delivery driver to my total order?" Sure no problem. Well, it turns out they don't have their own drivers, and they sub-contract through door dash. 4/26 7:30 pm. Ordered a pizza. At 8:10 the order tracker shows it was delivered. Oh but NO pizza. I called and the girl who answered says.. well they are on deliveries but they have to go back to the store so they can just go home after.. SO I say... well then it's not delivered. She responds oh well that's just how our computers work. No.. it's not. I've been ordering pizza from there for 15+ years. What the hell has happened to good customer service. Have been ordering from Rosatis for years and grew up in Illinois with the original franchises. The power and qc one hasn't been very good for a year or so unfortunately the last time is the last for me. Always get the 16" thin crust well done. The last few times it's had barely any sauce or cheese on it and it's always Luke warm if not cold. This time almost no sauce and almost no cheese and they have definitely gotten cheap on the ingredients you can tell it's not the same and when a frozen pizza tastes better than a $38 o... read more

Ordered my pizza at 12:30 and didn't get it till 2. By the time I got the pizza it was cold. For the price of this place you would expect better / faster delivery so you could at least enjoy the food fresh. Sorely disappointed.
