My experiences with Rosati’s are normal very good. However, my most recent visit on 12/31/2020,was very disappointing. I called in my order at 4:08 p.m. requested to pick up my order up at 5:30 p.m. They said it had to be at 5:45 p.m. I mentioned the timing of my order since I had guests and an event starting at 6:00 p.m. I arrived early at 5:40 p.m. and they said my order wasn’t ready yet, so I paid them $115.65, tipped them $10 cash and waited inside.
