I’ve ordered from that Rosatis 2x before and was ok… but this last time I was disappointed sooo not sure if I’d try again… sadly it’s close to my home and very convenient

P/u on pizza orders are consistently burnt around the edges. The employees are young w zero customer service skills. When I asked the owners name she told me she was not allowed to give his name. What owner is not proud of his business and does not want to interact w their customers? Buh bye rosatis! Too many pies in AZ … we’re breaking up 🍕
the deep dish was smothered in diced tomatoes and very little toppings. will not order from there again
Recommendedgo to any location except power Rd in Mesa, AZ. I've been eating rosati's pizza for over 20 years. Las Vegas and Arizona. first and last order from power Rd in Mesa. Very simple...you are an Italian restaurant, No parmesan but you sell pasta dishes. I "wasted 86.00 at this location.
Ad on google said $19.50 for12” Monster and turns out to be $31. Should update your ad. 😞
I order @ $33 , worth of food this evening, on Power in Mesa, and the Italian beef sandwich with cheese on it was burnt, the combo sandwich was so dry, the $3.75 order of fries where cold , and there dough nuggets barley had anything on them. I called and talked to the manager, explaining how the food was burnt and cold and nothing on the nuggets, and she asked me what I want. I told her to tell the cook, he doesn't know how to cook. Absolute worst service. I ordered almost $50 worth of pizza and their tracker says it's still in prep mode. I got there early and they pull cold pizzas out of their supposed hot box. I called as soon as I leave to report they are old and cold. The manager said she called the owner and he basically said screw the customer. No offer to remake them or anything. Do NOT order from this establishment. They are absolutely awful.
