I used to love Rosati's food, but since the menu has apparently changed I don't know what is available any more. When I call to order, I am constantly told that Rosati's no longer has what I want to order. Please update your online menu to reflect what you actually serve. It is very frustrating when ordering for multiple people to have to get people to pick something else. It is very confusing...
Not impressed. Screwed up my order, blamed it on me, said I wouldn't have to pay for the messed up portion but never credited me for it. Would have been easy to keep me as a customer too!
Good First Time Visit....But. Last night was my first visit to Rosati's in Normal. Upon arrival, we were greeted by three friendly staff members and promptly seated. Our server arrived right away and got our drinks and appetizer order. Prior to making my final decision for my dinner selection, I asked my server several questions about menu items.
