Normally, my experience with Rosati’s is okay, but this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had with Rosati’s. Most likely will not return as there are many other pizza restaurants in town that make better pizza and a way better price. We placed our order online, like usual, we were emailed a confirmation and a pick up time, then received a text updating the pickup time by 10 minutes. No big deal. Delivery person came to the door and handed me the pizza (kind of ignoring the contactless delivery), which was not a big deal. But then, he actually challenged the amt I had tipped, which was the default amount, and implied he wanted more.
They didn't follow directions messed up my food and over charged me for the pizza
The deep dish is horrible. There is like no cheese and too much sauce. The dough was dry but somewhat decent.
I ordered mild wings !& got spicy. The order was 20 minutes late & cold
This is the WORSE pizza I've every had ... My pizza was cold , not mention I waited two hours ... My chicken was freezing ... I will never spend another penny with this place...!!!
Ordered pizza and wings but only got the pizza. Driver said they would have to come back with the wings but no point if it would take 30-40 minutes
Price was incorrectly shown so I canceled it.
