Dr. Monjazeb was attentive, professional, and kind. He made me feel comfortable and that decreased any anxiety I was feeling.
Was very kind, polite & professional, explained my issues in a manner that I understood.
This was the most efficient, and thorough doctor's appointment I have had in a long time. The staff was kind and helpful for check in and check out. I was called back pretty quickly by Ms. Hillary, she listened to the reason for my visit, explained what would most likely happen, and cost discussion also. Then not 5 mins later. Dr. Monjazeb came in introduced himself, reiterated the reason for my visit and cost for the type of procedure I was asking for, discussed the options, risks and what to expect as far as aftercare, etc... read more
My visit was great Dr Monjazeb and his staff were professional and very thorough.
Dr. Monjazeb was very thorough, friendly, and listened to your concerns. He was also efficient at treating troublesome areas and explaining what he was doing and why.
It sucks because Dr. Monjazeb is great. Followed him to this office from where he was before. I am an established patient, been there several times since he opened and now it is a month out before an appointment can be given. That is great he is getting so much business, but just like everywhere else, being an established patient means nothing anymore.
No biopsy or checked other areas on my body. I feel I was not taken seriously.
