Good area and... (Verified Renter) Good area and is quiet. There isn?t a Park for kids and the windows allow non natural sunlight which I wish I noticed because that?s a big thumbs down. The toilets are made for children bc they are super low to the ground. Bad insulation and all cold air comes in your home. No water pressure. No lights in the home. You have to connect lamps to the outlets. Very outdated for the price.
