Everyone at this dealer focuses on the customer I purchased my 2021 Santa Fe here. One of the best cars I have ever owned. I've owned cars for 55 years. This is our 4th Hyundai. Hyundai pays attention to detail, both in vehicle quality and construction. Rosen continues the quality, as witnessed when you bring your vehicle for service.

Respectful and helpful team The service manager was very helpful as I am a bit handicapped and need extra help exiting the car and moving into the waiting area. He also made sure the car was close by for me to return to the vehicle. Five star rating.

good honest folks My earlier comment applies. I did not visit the dealership on the date indicated. I have not been there since Oct. 2020, however, Rosen Hyundai is my dealer of choice, and when it is time for a new vehicle or service on my current vehicle I'll be sure to see you all.

60k service Tom listened to what I was asking and answered my questions. Hyundai recommended services and mileages were different at dealer. Everything was checked out and explained before , being this is an expensive service overall. It was my decision to decide what was done while keeping warranties intact. Thanks
