Exceptional Customer Service Every time I go to Rosen, I am greeted by friendly faces on staff. The customer service rep even remembers me, my car, and my story which is rather impressive considering how many people he interacts with on a daily basis. While I do wish the service department would go a little farther in their duties (be thorough and check washer fluid/tire pressure, ask if I want my car vacuumed), they are also friendly and the service they provide gets the job done well enough.
