Rosen Hyundai I had an issue with my new "used" car purchase concerning a missing key fob. After discussing my issue with Scott Levy, the General Manager, a service manager called back within 30 minutes to schedule a service visit. I took my car in and received quick and courteous service. My vehicle was done in under an hour and I was on my way. This is the fourth car my family has purchased from Rosen and we will most certainly be back!

Very friendly staff Very friendly, they drop me off @ home and pick me back up when the car is done! though... there's a popping noise coming from my muffler/exhaust system that continues to annoy me! they said it was from it heating and cooling and being a new car. Never heard of this. If it persists I'll have them check again!

Good atmosphere, good people I recently went in for my 30,000-mile service on my 2013 Elantra. I was told in advance approximately what it would cost and that it would take a few hours. While I was waiting, I was told that a couple of my brakes needed to be replaced. That was bad news, but it was made better because I was shown a picture of my brakes, so I trusted that it was necessary and not just Rosen trying to con some more money out of me.
