Quality service, not timely They were thorough, but I was only supposed to be there for an hour and ended up waiting for 3 hours even though I made an appointment ahead of time. I would leave your car there and come back if you are able.

Customer Service response to issue I was contacted by Linda, customer service at Rosen Hyundai. She listened carefully to my situation and apologized on behalf of the service department. We talked through the various levels of misstep so she can look into the issue more thoroughly.
