The best I believe his name is Jeff in the service department is the man. One of few people you meet at a business that has a positive attitude 100% of the time. This made going through my situation (failed transmission) less agonizing. In general the experience was as painless as possible. Loaner car, good people, and a quick turn around. All of this just backs the reason on why I bought a Hyundai and picked Rossen for service.
