Rosen Hyundai All the staff from the sales team to the service have been not only professional but very friendly. I had a problem with my car which took more than one service visit to remedy. But they didn't give up on finding out the problem and getting the matter resolved. I was always given a loaner and told to use it until my schedule allowed me to return to get my car. Steve in the service department went over and above in reassuring me the matter would be resolved and in his dedication to his job
