Going the extra mile, very accomodating Rosen was able to squeeze me in, despite me not making an appointment. The service technician was very friendly, and was very understanding of my schedule. Very happy with the condition of my car when I got it back -- very clean and they even washed it.

Oil change Considering that I had an appointment, I think it took a bit long for an oil change. The waiting room was noisy with both a tv and music playing.

Hassle Free They fixed the problem, initially other issue and this was second part of A/C issue. They made sure I had a loaner throughout the process.

Great for simple fixes and maintainence They do great with simple fixes and basic maintainence but I would not recommend for trouble shooting of root cause issues!
