Honest efficient service visit First time at Rosen for service. Check engine light was on. They could have told me anything about what was causing the light to be on and I would have it repaired. But to their credit it was caused by an old history code that required no repair. They cleared the code for no charge. Also got oil change. The best part was the complimentary car wash which my car desperately needed. So what could have been an expensive visit was only charges for the oil change and a lot of peace of mind for me.

Recall service Our 2008 Elantra recently had a recall for a PCB Relay Kit. As high risk seniors during his coronavirus pandemic, we had been staying home, except for infrequent trips for groceries. The thought of having to have this part replaced, and the subsequent social contact, was a concern, but since the Elantra is our only vehicle, we decided to get the recall done in order to not worry about future problems. I was quite surprised how quick the service was done for the things I needed done Compared to another vehicle, Mazda, that I needed a flat tire repaired, I was told the waiting area was closed and it would take four hours. I was glad that this dealership was open for the waiting area and the three things I needed done we’re all done in less than an hour.
