Great service representative, marginally satisfactory oil change Service representative was great, but the oil change was performed sloppy. My car left a large oil stain in my garage upon returning home. Thinking I was leaking oil, I returned to the dealer two days later to have it checked. I communicated my concern to the same service representative, who understood my concern and promptly had my car inspected.
