Very Easy Dealer to do Business with. Hyundai makes a Great Vehicle.😀 I have recently had my vehicle serviced at Rosen Hyundai. The first service was for a knock sensor and wiring harness that they nor Hyundai had stock fir so Rosen rented ny a Toyota Sentra that after I told them it would not meet my needs because my daughter and granddaughters were coming into town they changed out the rental for a KIA Sorento. Extended Warranty questions resolved I posted earlier on my frustration with an explanation I received on my extended warranty coverage. Jeff, the Service Manager at Rosen Hyundai ,promptly called me back and very patiently explained to me how the extended plans work. It wasn't exactly the same as the way it was explained to me when I bought the car, but that was sold to me by a salesman that doesn't work there anymore. The best part of Rosen is Patty in the service department. I travel all the way from Palatine to have my car serviced and the main reason is Patty. She is simply amazing.
