Ross was the ultimate professional and communicator throughout the transaction. Ross kept everyone in the loop at all times. Isn't this a novel idea in customer service for today's environment? He is pleasant, keeps the paperwork as minimal as possible, and knows the mortgage industry. I would refer to Ross as the "no excuses lender".
