I really appreciated the fact that they made an already difficult situation easy. To make a long story short, even though I couldn't get down to the facility they were able to rent me a unit on time so that my movers could drop off my stuff the following morning. Thank you!

What would you expect my reaction to be upon learning my unit was entered by thieves using bolt cutters during the darkness of a January 20 21 night?. I was informed by a third party of this occurrence, not by management who assured me they had contacted me. If I learn otherwise I'll correct this on line, but at this time I cannot locate any message left on my phone or email that an attempt was made to reach me. Finding out information before I moved out of the Storage unit 112 and 113 on November 24, 2020. I asked how much would it be if I went over my 30 days into the next month. I was quoted a $1.30 a day if I go over. I ended three days after and I had to pay $18.00 I’m confused on the amount because of what I was quoted before I moved out versus the three days after when I moved out.
