Wonderful office. Great care
I was taken on time for my appointment and Dr. Rotem took care of my issue quickly. He also addressed my questions and concerns. I left the office totally understanding the explanation.
From the staff to the dentist, all were/are extremely professional and genuine. Can’t say enough about how friendly they all are! They all made me feel very comfortable! I would recommend them to everyone!
Every person I encountered from care coordinator to Dentist were all extremely friendly, professional and genuine! They provided detailed information and made me feel more than comfortable! I honestly can say I can’t wait to return to have work done and will recommend to all my family and friends!
My first visit was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and professional. I didn’t see Dr Rotem. I had a very nice lady doctor, I’m sorry I don’t recall her name. I need a crown and was concerned about my finances, but they checked my credit and got me one year to pay with no interest!
They staff is very friendly and above and beyond to be as helpful as possible! Dr. Rotem was also very friendly, very professional and very skilled. He was able to meet my tight schedule and his work was careful and skilled. The following day I had no pain at all.
I recently completed my latest visit to Rotem Dental Care, and I could not be more satisfied. The dentists and their staff are in the simplest of words…fantastic. As soon as you enter their office, you are greeted with the warmest of smiles and congeniality and you know that you are in the right place. First time experience and it is a keeper! In the past,I have always tensed up when I visited a dentist. Upon entering Rotem Dental, I was at ease. My first impression was the office was a pleasant environment. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Hygienist and Dentist explained my dental care and answered any questions that I had. I am impressed with the quality of customer service I received and recommend them to my family and friends.
Great Dentist. Kind and wants everyone to be pleased. Staff is great too. He also has water juice and cookies.
