I just want to be clear. I would only recommend Dave Lee. He was the third person I had from rotorooter in a span of 3 weeks. The first tech I had that came out dropped his vape down our main drain, only snaked 10ft, and opened a drain that was sealed shut in a finished area so when it backed up the second time on my birthday none the less it backed up into my finished basement area. This is a. Nursing home. I. Called your office and explained our situation. The receptionist was outstanding fixing it so we're we're the first stop in our town. 30 minutes later the tech, Zach called and was at our facility. He resolved our problem in a short time. I have used Roto Roter from Grimes many times and years in the past the whole team is outstanding I highly recommend them.
