We called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday afternoon and Dave Lee was our technician that responded. We thought we had a clog in a small pipe but the issue was greater than we imagined. The original pipe plus the connecting pipe further down was plugged with years of buildup. Dave worked diligently to remove that stubborn clog, while maintaining a great attitude. This is a. Nursing home. I. Called your office and explained our situation. The receptionist was outstanding fixing it so we're we're the first stop in our town. 30 minutes later the tech, Zach called and was at our facility. He resolved our problem in a short time. I have used Roto Roter from Grimes many times and years in the past the whole team is outstanding I highly recommend them.
