Had a great experience buying a CPO Quest from Round Rock Nissan. Gil Garcia was very helpful. He gave my wife the royal treatment (who is the primary driver of the vehicle) and that scores big points in my book. He answered all her questions and was courteous and professional. You can buy a car from anyone, but the personal attention we received not only from Gil but also Khan in Finance, as well as the entire staff made the experience exceptional. I went to RR Nissan to look at a preowned car and was introduced to Jerry. I was in a rush and told him I only had time to meet him and that I would be talking to him the next day. He did not try to high pressure me to stay and didn't blow up my phone when I left. I got with him on the phone the next day and told him my goal. Ben Henderson took great care of us! Great guy, helped us out when another salesman blew us off. Stayed late, missed time with his family for us.
