Overall, I was pleased with the service provided on my car. I had a really chaotic experience with the shuttle. The poor driver was given the wrong address when we were leaving, so he started going the wrong way and we had to turn around. The house I needed to be transported to is different than my home address, but I asked the man who checked me in to ensure the shuttle had the correct address because it was different.
