My recent experience at Route 22 Toyota went well. I had an appointment and upon arriving I was greeted promptly by a service attendant and given a number and I had to wait to be seen by another person that reviewed my account and asked me what I needed and gave me a review of my cars history. He was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable. Overall I had a good experience.
