They ignore your appointment and take whoever comes first - the only problem I had
Everything was done to my satisfaction. Though it took awhile. I make early morning appointments, 7:00am. I was there till 12:00pm or so. Oil change, brake work etc., though there were other things I couldve done I figured, Id spent enough time and money.
