Care of car was good and staff were cheerful & friendly, but I had to wait 3 hr. for my car to be serviced when I had an appointment.

Was so so, the techcian rotated the tires/wheels but failed to balance them. Hence the ride was uncomfortable with vibrations from wheel/s radiating to steering wheel.
