It was a great experience. The wait time is however extensive. It was rather too long with an appointment.
My experience over all wasn't bad great service
Very informative, I made an appointment to have new tires put on my vehicle they provided me with every detail along the way I felt very comfortable through this process.
Quick service and great customer service
1. Advisor invited me and disappeared not being able to wait like 7 seconds for me to come up. 2. I was sent a text while waiting for service to be complete, saying something like Just confirming that Ill update you about your Camry by text. If you have any questions while it is in our care please text me back. Thanks - Raul. I asked a question and got no answer.
