The food was disappointing. The crab in the crab cakes was not lump; it was minced up and the flavor was lacking. The pork loin chop was very fatty; however the sweet potato hash was very good. The waiter was pleasant and apologized for the issues as did the manager. They comped the crab cake and took half off the price of the pork loin chop, which was much appreciated. This is very unusual for this restaurant; we've never had a bad meal in the past.

Whenever we are in Reno we always make it a point to eat at Roxy Cafe. I have been going there since in opened. I also ask for my favorite waiter, Albert who is so attentive and very professional. This is a very special treat.
Clark was awesome! He served us a champagne toast for my parents' anniversary. It was an absolute delight.
I just wish when offered soup or salad we were told it was extra. I chose salad thinking I was part of my meal and it was 10.95 extra. Yhe soup we thought was part of the meal was 16 something extra. Otherwise the servi e was great, the food was great and the ambiance was great.
Best dining experience in Reno so far. Food, staff and ambience were perfect. Baked lobster escargot style was to die for. Chicken in Thai curry sauce was exceptional. Crunchy vegetables and perfectly deboned half chicken. Pork was delicious as well. Ribeye steak was perfectly executed and tasty. Overall, wonderful dinner!
Our server was outstanding! He went beyond the call of duty to make our dinner special. We were celebrating our anniversary!

The Food and Ambiance at Roxy’s never disappoints… Our Awesome Server Jessie though … she absolutely shines with her Customer Service. I would like to give a “Shout-Out” the very nice young lady at the front desk who checked us in… Despite being slammed with people trying to get into Roxy… she was very polite and very friendly as she checked in party after party after party!!
Great place I ordered the pork chop which I usually would not…..but glad I did it was excellent!!! The sweet potato’s and Brussel sprouts were amazing! We also ordered calamari, the prime rib and ribeye all were excellent. Thank you
