We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Had reservations. Initially we were seated by a loud group of people. Had to request a different table. Food was over priced but delicious. Enjoyed the the port wine.
Got the filet early bird dinner, excellent value. Service could not be better from very friendly staff. Had booth in quiet area of restaurant for anniversary dinner. Brought our own bottle of champagne, reasonable corkage charge.
The bacon-cheddar bread is always a savory treat. I didn't realize Roxy has early bird specials. A truly great value!! The service has always been attentive.
6 of us had dinner before a concert in Reno at Roxy. All of us enjoy fine dining and are fairly particular about our food. We had high hopes as Roxy had come highly recommended. We were disappointed with the temperatures and preparations of the apps and entrees we chose. The oysters Rockefeller were warm in parts and ice cold in others, not what we expected. Food, as usual, was excellent. However, the service was slow. We were on our way to a concert and there appeared to only be one waiter in our area. We missed most of the first act. Sad!
Excellent service, and overall good experience. My only complaint was the 24oz bone in rib eye was not the best quality. A lot of grissle and fat. Would not order that again.
The service was wonderful, the food over the top delicious. Will definitely repeat this.
