It is apparent that notes accompanied with Open Table reservations are not reviewed. My standing notes are that my husband is hearing impaired and a quieter seating area would be much appreciated. Last night, we were seated between the kitchen and bar area, so are conversation was hindered. I was also celebrating my 40th birthday. Service was good . Food was ok but not worth the price. Atmosphere was dark!
The service was extremely slow. I understand that at a good steakhouse the meal is served slowly for the experience, but this was almost painful. The only thing that stopped us from just out right complaining was the server had a great personality and was extremely apologetic. The food was just ok, I really expected more. Usually a first class restaurant.. this occasion the food was served cold.... both the steak and the lobster tail!! Did not seem to be busier than any other day!!
My husband and I went here for our Xmas Eve dinner. Right from the start we were rushed. We ordered an appetizer of calamari and my husband also ordered a wedge salad and we ordered our main course. Overpriced. Foie gras was rancid. No accommodation was given to us for that
