We love this place ! Roxy never disappoints. Please bring back short ribs !!! Mushroom ravioli always is perfect and Jeff is outstanding, he deserves a big raise .
Excellent food and drinks, but somewhat on a pricey side.
The hostess who seated us was so genuine and professional., loved her gracious personality. Our server was Jessie, but we were very impressed by Ricardo who serviced our table. He was very thoughtful and very service oriented, and again, very genuine and was taking care of the whole room of tabled on this busy night.
Simply divine, in every way! Hope was our Server. She was outstanding! The food was delicious.
This was our first time dining at Roxy's and it was fabulous! From the moment the hostess seated us the experience was amazing! Our waitress, Heather, helped us navigate and provided recommendations for our dinner and wine! She was so knowledgeable about the menu and so personable to chat with! She was amazing! Roxy is a very nice place to dine. Love the architecture and cozy feeling in the back room. Food is fantastic and service is very good. Only complaint is that it took quite long between courses. It was very busy the night we were there so that probably was the reason for the slow pace. Will most definitely go again next time we visit Reno.
