love Monica and Jeff, always a warm welcome, like family.
Food was fabulous and our server was so attentive but not a pest. Really enjoyed our meal.
Our waiter was excellent. Erik made great recommendations of both the food and specific wine pairings. There were a few missteps. First was when the bus person, while clearing our appetizer plates set a dirty martini glass on our table while stacking to pickup our plates. The other issue was items on the wine list and dessert wine list the sommelier was unable to locate. Minor items for an overall well done meal, but for the price should not be allowed to occur.
Christmas dinner
Roxy is, simply, the finest eating and drinking establishment on the planet.. The staff is professional, attentive and very kind Also important, but often forgotten these days, is management actually working the room Soup to nuts, a very fine experience Thanks for a GREAT time and value for the dollar !!
Xmas eve dining
Our hostess was great! She got us seated early'. Food was delicious. Our server may need some training'. She didn't fill our wine glasses at all.
Although we had a reservation, we still had to wait 25 minutes. Service was terrific, food great but extremely overpriced. Drinks were $13 apiece, which was excessive.
We dined for Christmas dinner at Roxy. Having ready a number of the poor reviews this venue ha, it seemed they were gross exaggerations and "one-offs" Our server was Tayt, he and his team worked together seamlessly to provide the best experience so we could be relaxed and truly enjoy the experience. The specials were better than the usual. My wife enjoyed the Maine lobster tail and I added the Oscar style to my filet. All the food was extremely fresh and the wine list was substantial.
