Went for a family fun night. All the workers we encountered were rude and acted inconvenienced that they had to do anything. Will drive further for a friendly atmosphere.
Irritated and disappointed with Royal Family Bowling Center. My boyfriend is a big bowling fan—has his own shoes and ball. We have been researching nice local bowling alleys, and RFBC was recommended numerous times to us. Well, my boyfriend lives 5 hours away. He traveled up to spend the day with me and to bowl. smells weird around here.
The ball return was not working the pins were not lining up If I’m spending my money equipment should be working or we should’ve been moved to one that is working we were not just excuses and taking my money. Not happy

The "Family" title has to go, or the music needs to class up. Otherwise, had fun.
Contrary to advertising, this place is NOT family friendly. The default playlist contains music this is sexually explicit, racially divisive, and profane. When I approached the staff and informed them that their music was offensive, they did nothing about it and gave me a BS answer about the playlist being paid for by another customer (which was a lie since there was no personal playlist selected).
All of that trashy, obscene "music" blasting out of the speakers for hours during Sunday afternoon cosmic bowling made the place feel more like a sleazy strip club than a family bowling alley. Would I bring my family back? Clean up that jukebox, and you'll get back a customer and a 5-star review.
