RecommendedI love love love this dealership! Not only are the workers nice, honest, and so friendly... My husband and I bought a 2015 Honda Pilot and we had a problem with the CD player not ejecting the CD. So, they took very good care of us, replaced the system and my Sam Smith CD was stuck in the old player that was replaced. RecommendedAfter two horrible experiences at Lakeside Toyota (3 years apart) I went to Royal Honda on the referral of Barbara from Imports, Etc.--a nearby used car lot--(that also was impressive!). Royal Honda greeted me by name since they were expecting me when I drove up, but they were NEVER pushy as I dreaded. Chad made me feel at ease immediately. RecommendedMy experience was wonderful! My sales rep Alton was super helpful & very patient! I had 3 kids with me and they were quite a handful but he made them feel comfortable and made them feel like they were apart of the buying experience. Would go back & send all my friends there.
